Zach S. Naert | South Carolina Timeshare Lawyer
Zach is a Hilton Head lawyer and founding partner in the law firm’s Hilton Head Island, South Carolina office. He and attorney Joe DuBois have fought alongside each other for timeshare purchasers’ rights for many years beginning in 2012. Whether in Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, or Charleston, Zach has experience representing timeshare purchasers in claims against timeshare companies.
He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts of South Carolina, and he served as an Articles Editor for the Federal Courts Law Review. Zach has represented clients in numerous forums, including the South Carolina Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of South Carolina (Federal Court), South Carolina Court of Common Pleas (State Court), South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission, Family Court, Probate Court, Magistrate’s Court (Small Claims Court), Administrative Court, and Arbitration.
Prior to entering into a partnership with Joseph DuBois and founding Naert & DuBois, LLC in January of 2013, Zach served as an intern with the Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, and also as an intern with South Carolina Legal Services’ (SCLS) Migrant Farmworker Division serving indigent people. He then worked with SCLS as a licensed attorney and multiple private practices both in Charleston and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
With a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages (Spanish), having attended the University of Salamanca, Spain, and the FENIX Language Institute in Mexico, and having volunteered with El Centro de Derechos Humanos (Center for Human Rights) in Zacatecas, Mexico, Zach communicates with clients in English or Spanish (and has the opportunity to speak with many timeshare purchasers in Spanish).
