Joseph DuBois | South Carolina Timeshare Lawyer
Joseph is a Hilton Head Island Lawyer and founding partner of Naert & DuBois, LLC, and practices out of the office located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. His practice is focused on timeshare and real estate related litigation (HOA/POA disputes, boundary and title disputes, etc.). Joe introduced Zach to timeshare law in 2012, and he has since forged the state of timeshare law in South Carolina through various litigation efforts in Federal Court, State Court (including the Supreme Court), Arbitration, and otherwise.
Admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in South Carolina, Joe has represented clients in numerous forums, including the South Carolina Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of South Carolina (Federal Court), South Carolina Court of Common Pleas (State Court), South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission, Family Court, Probate Court, Magistrate’s Court (Small Claims Court), Administrative Court, and Arbitration.

Prior to entering into private practice, Joe was employed by the State of South Carolina as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul E. Short, Jr., both at the Circuit Court and the Court of Appeals.
